Africa Academic Conference Journal 2024
This journal has been developed as part of UN Office of the Special Adviser on Africa¡¯s (OSAA) mandate to promote the critical nexus between sustainable development and durable peace in Africa. It follows the 2024 Academic Conference on Africa, convened by OSAA from 3 ¨C 5 December 2024 at the UN Headquarters in New York, under the theme ¡°Power, Justice, and the People: Human Rights and the Rule of Law for Africa¡¯s Transformation.¡±. Together, the conference and its journal advance OSAA¡¯s longstanding commitment to bridging the gap between African academia and policymaking, and to fostering meaningful partnerships that support Africa-led development and peacebuilding efforts.
